Free Production Capacity

We are in a war against COVID-19. We need all the critical medical supplies we can possibly get - as quickly as possible. Fortunately we have an army of skilled seasoned process improvement persons who can help free up capacity in existing production systems and in existing lab and medical systems.

We need to connect these process improvement experts with organizations that need their help.

To help make this happen, I am offering my coaching group for free. Organizations that need additional capacity are welcomed to join. Process improvement persons are welcomed to join. To help the organizations get a head start, I am also offering my course on Maximizing Capacity for free.

The course has 6 video lessons that cover the essential steps to freeing up capacity that already exists in these systems. Total time for all videos is about 45 minutes. Downloads are included in each lesson to give the user effective tools to help implement the recommendations.

The coaching group is for companies to ask for help with their specific challenges, sharing successes for what has worked, and supporting each other. Including process improvement persons in the coaching group will help organizations get help with issues unique to their operation.
